Ordered tray of rivets…picked them up at 12:30 for a party at 3:00 …embarrassed to serve them as they were hard /stale…went back to return the serving tray and to complain…I was offered 3 pretzels as compensation… which I declined…not very professional I will not be returning…
Very disappointed in what I purchased for a Super Bowl party my wife and I attended. I ordered a large rivet tray (I called ahead and was told that I had to order on line and that I could only order a large tray). To me, the Super Bowl is an opportunity for restaurants and specialities to capitalize on events like this. Been going here on and off for years and today was super disappointing. All they had on a Saturday was two buckets of plain and one small box of cinnamon rivets. Took one of each and not only weee they only 2/3 full they weren't hot at all. Also it wasn't even rivets. It was the longer pieces probably left over from some platters. If you don't want to offer fresh product for walk ins then require us to call ahead.
