There were 2 women working at the Cinnabon/auntie Anne's at the rest stop. One was on the register, and the other was behind her making pretzels. The one in the back may have been a manager because she was telling the other woman what to do. Everyone was waiting for a while, and finally they announced that they were out of all hot dog products and a bunch of people got off line disappointed. Then, the cashier suddenly said "I'm going to the bathroom, I'll be back in 5 minutes."...read full review

This Cinnabon is attached to an Auntie Anne's in a rest stop with a few other fast food restaurants. They have regular sized cinnamon buns and mini size as well as other snacks and drinks. We wanted to get a box of 9 mini cinnamon buns, which they had in to-go boxes already, but the lady heated it up for us and another cashier also very kindly made some little serving dishes for us out of small takeout boxes. Worst Cinnabon ever! Which is disappointing because it's the closest one to me. I love Cinnabon, but this location is horrible. Let's start off by saying I specifically came into the mall for Cinnabon so I was pretty eager to get my cinnamon roll. We go to the register and I ask for a classic roll and for it to be heated up.
