I went on a Sunday afternoon. So it wasn't busy. There were two homeless people. One was just setting down minding her business. The other was bothering me and the other customers to buy him something. I couldn't eat in peace. I felt bad for him. Also, employees just didn't know what to do. I don't blame them. Because I work in retail. I'm not going back there. I'll just eat at the food court inside of the mall. The store is supposed to open at 7am the Muslim lady who opens the store always opens it late. She literally opened at 7:15 today. She's in the store, but she's clearly not prepared. Then the place is run by Dev's Food yet the conveniently have no way to contact them. The place is pitiful.

Two days ago. I brought a cheeseburger from this BK, the top of the bread had green mold on it. The wait time was horrible with lack of staff. If I could give it no zeros I would, NEVER!!! will I go here again.

Traveling from upstate NY, had an emergency and needed to use the restroom. Was told I had to make a purchase. Fine. But it was clear there would be no restroom usage until purchase was made, and the manager and staff were extremely rude about it. I purchased fries and had to wait for them to cook, and pay for them before the restroom was finally opened with a key. I gave the fries away. Dear cashier, I hope you never have such an emergency and are treated the way you treated me.
The food and service was good but I'm worried about how long this bk will be here, no eggs at breakfast time (even though I dont like them) and no iced coffee even though it's on the

Not to sound racist but I hope y'all got rid of that old white lady that works or worked here, the trailer trash is completely disgusting, she walked pass me & my girl with open garbage while we were seated & eating in the establishment. Just disturbingly disgusting, theres more but its too much to write, just avoid this place if that lady still works here.

TERRIBLE!! the toilets were a mess with no toilet paper left because it was ripped all over the floor. The staff aren't nice, and the food was bad, the burnt it and the lettuce was yuck!!
