This is my number one Ice cream store I always buy there for my son and I. I know half of the staff And they are wonderful today I placed an order through the phone I known they don’t take orders through the phone but this time I had to for my little boy I was crossing my fingers that they will take it. I had Brianna in the phone and she was the best she made my son happy thank you Brianna see you soon
I ordered a peanut butter cup sundae dasher and they gave it to me with caramel instead of peanut butter sauce. Since when does caramel go with a peanut butter cup sundae? When I asked about it they made it sound like that how the sundae is supposed to be. I always order this when we go to Carvel and I have never had it with caramel. Doesn't make any sense to me and it kind of really irritated me.
