There were literally no napkins in the entire To Go area. I had to flag down a staff member who looked everywhere for napkins and had to go over to the bar to get a few and she gave me 1 napkin. Yet, this whole time there was the super aggressive staff member that stands on the customer side of the To Go counter and rudely accosts and directs customers who are trying to decide what to order...her time would be much better spent making sure basic supplies like napkins are kept...read full review

Was told they were out of a bunch of stuff, so I ordered an item which wasn’t missing anything. I then got about half my order, and when I asked about it, I was told that actually they were out of everything I didn’t receive as well. Not vegetarian (unless you’re fine with gristle).

At LaGuardia ordered a breakfast sandwich to go. After 15 minutes waiting I cancelled my order because my flight was boarding. A total amateur operation. Only one cook and 7 other employees. Seriously?
