Was staying at an AirBnB in this neighborhood in Newark for a very quick trip home for a reunion, and really needed some late night food. Thank god Andros Diner is open 24 hours and was a nearby option.Since it was already after midnight, I decided to just walk over and order my food to go rather than calling and ordering from their online menu. My husband and I ate breakfast there. We had eggs, home fries, ham, bacon and toast. Coffee and juice each all for under 30 bucks. Unlimited coffee which was delish and hot. Never had an empty cup as the friendly waitresses kept it full. The eggs were perfectly cooked. The potatoes were fresh not like some diners that use canned potatoes. I have only been in Andros a few times over the years. I'm not sure why. Maybe the lack of parking. Ended up here for dinner on 12/26 after visiting family, with my husband and 3 sons.
