I ordered the free 1-4 choices of syrup for my pancakes and I only got the 2 that would normally come with your order so my pancakes was dry they didn't follow the order. Also I ordered the breakfast potatoes and I didn't receive any ketsup therefore they were dry buy tasty. My order came with 2 eggs and they looked like they were small eggs not the reg size..Everything was fresh and tasty but they need to think about the person that is ordering for delivery who depends on them packing a well equipped order. And there was no girts on the menu when ordering through Uber idk if they are off of the menu or just for the Uber menu when ordering. When it is cold outside and you are giving your body fuel to fight off illnesses and the elements girts are a good stick to the ribs or your stomach lol meal.
We came here every morning for three days.For the first two days we were served by a nice woman with dark hair. (That’s the only reason I’ll leave three stars).On the third day we were served by a blonde, I have never seen such terrible service.Coffee was brought to us after 20 minutes, creamer packs we waited for another 10 minutes, she just stood and tried not to turn around not to do anything.After almost 35 minutes, she brought us our order and apologized.(By the way, this time the eggs were undercooked.)Why are you ignoring people? Why do you stick your manicure into a coffee cup and why is your manicure so long? Is a long manicure the norm for the restaurant business? No.We won’t go back to this IHOP again.I hope the manager will do his job and have a conversation with a blonde waitress.
