I didn't know that place got a door man now ,he ask for money when you walk by and wants you to give him a dollar because he opens the door for you and if you don't give him money he looks at you with a mad face , and i talk to the manager and he said ima talk to him ,you don't have to talk to him you have to call the cops he's panhandle on from the establishment and that is illegal and he there every day and night,sometimes i don't even go in just because he's there and HE stands ON FROM OF THE DOOR So you have to go through him, to enter the place,smh he got a full time job there ,I GUESS MCDONALD'S DON'T CARE FOR ME OR ANY OF THE COSTUMER Who go through the same thing as me

I have never received worse service, they don't pick up orders without a computer, and they tell you after waiting 20 minutes for service, there is no bathroom service, it's unfortunate, light years away from the service at Burger King.I don't recommend it, much less this one in particular.
McDonald's has been part of my life since I was 10 years old, like many people dining at McDonald's is such a refresher, if it is a McDonalds dinner date I'm in☺️. Great food beautiful memories what more could we possibly need from one of the top fast food chains In American pro McDonald's for life.

This McDonald's has to be the worst! What's the point of a mobile order if they aren't on top of it. Been here for over 1 hour and still didn't get my oder. (Uploading images below.) That's not all, the owner of this McDonald's is the worst. The store is very dirty, and was never dirty before. The floors are super dirty and you see lots of food on the floor! I will no longer buy from here fy. McDonald's Headquarters, has to investigate this place. French fries machine doesn't work because you see the employees using the other one.They are using 1 Friar for everything so picture how your food is going to come out. employees look like they don't want to work there. They're supper low on staff! The manager that was there before was great now this place is upside down. By the way I oder from them all the time, especially because my business is right next to them. THE OWNERS HERE NEED TO WAKE UP. Every survey they give you on the recipes, DO THEM BECAUSE IF YOU DONT, THEY WILL NEVER CHANGE OR CARE. By the way my oder came out wrong. Stay away from this place, they only care about money because of the area. Everything else they don't care. The owners don't fix nothing on this store. With all the money they make, they can't afford to fix things. Last time I came here the ac was broken for months and the owners give them fans! What a joke. Again STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE GO TO ANOTHER MCDONALD'S THAT WILL ACTUALLY CARE AND NOT JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

I believe its the new wave of workers but you can literally be standing at the counter for 3 minutes with eye contact and still not be able to place an order. The food is the same but the workers sand customer service is dropped to a whole new level of mediocre. McDonald's really needs to fix their workers and teach them what good customer service is.
