A friend and I just went for coffee very early the other day, when it was still quite dark out. We went through the drive thru, since it was so dark out. All went fine until we pulled up to pick up our coffee at the window. And there, standing just to the side of the pick-up window, is an obviously homeless man. I don't know what it is about this McDonalds, but almost every time I go inside to order, it takes like 10 minutes for anybody to take your order or even acknowledge you! They rush around doing EVERYTHING ELSE, instead. Taking care of door dash and uber orders, or tending to whatever else, with their backs turned, ignoring who's in line. I was gonna give 1 star but that wouldn’t be fair because they’re usually on point. Today was a mess at the drive thru. Computer messed up so had us waiting for like ten minutes. Understandable. I pay for my food and at the last window the lady says I have to pay more. Huh? So I do then I see they hage the wrong order. People make mistakes fine.
