I liked the atmosphere at this restaurant. The dishes are very interesting. When I was at this restaurant, the dish I had was too salty, and it's color was orange. I suggest that the dish should be less salty and with a natural color. The waitress appeared to be new cause she spilled the glass juice a bit on the table twice.
I was visiting from Brooklyn with my family, my sister lives in the area and invited us.. I ordered bolon mixto and coffee.. It was very good.. unfortunately, as others have noted the waitress was unfriendly. When she brought the food, we would say thank you and she didn’t bother to reply you’re welcome (we spoke in Spanish). When we paid and we’re getting ready to leave she didn’t say a word. I invited my friends to Sabor Latino. We had such a great time. The Restaurant has its VIP area which is also dedicated for special activities. The service is amazing, today we had Veronica, and she was so attentive. The food was amazing, typical Ecuadorian cuisine, exquisite seafood and ceviche, unique from Ecuador. My friends were so greatful that there is a special place in the City of Newark dedicated to show up the delicious food of Ecuador. We will be there soon!!!
