Our chicken sandwiches were dry and disappointing. Oat cappuccino was boiling hot, burned my mouth and when it cooled down tasted terrible. I was told by staff “that’s how we serve it”. I should have read the reviews.
BIGGEST RIP OFF AT EWR. Asked for a double off vodka with a splash of cranberry, up. That means no ice. When I mentioned that for $30 I want it right. Instead of remaking it, they just filtered it. It didn't even taste like any alcohol was in it. French onion soup was nothing but cheese and bread. No soup. I'll never go here again. Damn rip off. I hate this place.
