Omg such a small spot and no indoor seating but the food was BOMB! absolutely loved it. I paid $13 for a lunch of oxtail with Mac and cheese, yellow rice and cabbage and let's say that plate was nice and full i can't imagine what dinner size is like! Only complaints were the juice koolaid in the back that was available didn't look to clean, and the time it took to receive the food.

Ok so this hole in the wall of a place has some of the BEST SOUL FOOD I've had in a good while. Now don't get me wrong I have other favs, lol. Anyway the greens where not Spicy at ALL and I love that! The dang Turkey fell OFF THE BONE ( no name dropping intended) the sweet potatoes are perfect!! Not to sweet. The Mac and cheese was also just the right amount of cheese.. ok cheap o's it is expensive but it's still worth it's price for the large amount of great food.. I willing to pay good $ for good

I went to get a haircut up the street and stopped to get a 4 piece wing dinner with mac and greens to bring home.... It brought me back in time to when I used to go down south for family reunions... I have no complaints. I thought it was great tbh. I'm a chef by trade so I'm not afraid to critique food at all. Loved it. Found a new barbershop and a new place to get food in the same day. That's a win. Peace y'all

The food here is good to excellent. True southern style food and always a healthy serving. They have a excellent mac and cheese, much better then other soul food takeout places. I love their catfish, it's my usual choice. Crispy sometimes large fish to medium fish but always really good. Their candy yams are my go to for every meal. The collard greens are good never excellent but definitely better then those straight out the can types. The service is pleasant in my experience. I've spoken with the customer service people and even had an encounter with the manager. She was pleasant and helped me. I personally, haven't experienced an off day with them and quality is pretty consistent as far as I can tell. I've ordered/visited about 7 times now.

Every female that works there and love to argue with customers and very rude! I called a hour before arriving and the girl told me i only order 1 thing and then decided to tell me “ im not the one” because she didn’t get my order very ghetto and unprofessional arguing with customers

Waited 35 minutes outside in pouring rain. I ordered Mac and cheese, candy yams, and bbq chicken... Mac and cheese was terrible, no flavor whatsoever. Candy yams were more like just plain old yams. And the bbq chicken was okay, I mean it's very hard to make the chicken taste terrible since you can load the bbq sauce on it. Overall, it was a terrible experience and much has to improve here. Waste of $18... I could bought a $3 pizza and I would of been more satisfied. Lesson learned!

I've been to this place twice, both times i experience the Worst customer service ever, workers with attitude, they got my order wrong both times how hard is it to WRITE DOWN A ORDER the management is just as bad as the worker, You suppose to lead by example and on to top it of that the food was cold n had a nasty taste..
