I just ordered from the kiosk and sat down and the server kicked me out of the chair because I’m not dining in. I just bought a $21 burger and I can’t sit and wait? There wasn’t but a few people I would have probably ordered a drink. Bad service from the service but the cooks were very nice.

Please be careful here. The food and hygiene is extremely poor. I got sick for days after eating a burger there. My friend told me the same. It’s extremely unhealthy and dangerous.

The kiosk when ordering the wander burger did not give you options for no onions or no pickles. Need more options for those items .We asked for mixed greens but got fries. Chicken sandwich was really good. Fries not so

Couldn’t even get anything without going online, so no phone service or WiFi and they won’t serve you! Plus bad service, I was sitting here for a long time and nobody even said hi, and then I find out they won’t serve me after waiting politely.

1. Took 28 minutes for one burger. At an airport, that seems unreasonable seeing as there’s a chance one might have a plane to catch.2. Worker kept scrolling a phone with the gloves she was handling food with.3. A server, not wearing gloves even, snacked on burger toppings from the bins.4. Staff seemed deeply offended when I politely asked how long it would be when my flight was boarding. They said I should eat at Wendy’s if I want fast food. I would have, if there had been one.EDIT:To emphasize the problems with this restaurant, please note the canned response to my review. They post the same response to every negative review. The issues I had with this place are obviously not new as many reviewers have flagged the same issues for quite some time.There’s no good reason for anyone to expect them to make “improve” anything. Clearly the business model is: fleece customers flying through this airport and don’t worry about repeat customers.

Not only is it expensive for the food you get, you are told you aren't allowed to sit in the restaurant because you ordered from the takeaway checkout. Both are the same price and I had left a tip.

4 meals over $100. Didn’t have order after 20 minutes (have to order on phone), had text confirmation. Staff was so rude. Breakfast came with lettuce as a side instead of fries. Scrambled eggs were fried. Would never eat here.

On a Friday around noon there was one chef working on all the orders - had to wait about 20 mins for my chicken club sandwich order. Chicken was on the harder side and it was overall quite mediocre. You know sometimes you're eating food just for its calories and nutrients and not for its taste? This is what you'd be paying for.
