Heard so much good about this place, we were disappointed. Half dozen bagels over $14, you decide, I think this is very expensive. Was hungry so got one cinnamon raisin to eat right away. Pretty much a tasteless bagel. Needed to be sweeter and nowhere near enough raisins. The other five bagels are sesame. Absolutely tasteless bagels, just round bread. Great food, great menu, friendly wait staff. The lobby could be more organized with better signage. First time I went there I didn't know where to go to place my order. there were people picking up food on the right side, people picking up food on the left side. A little disorganized

Their food is good but they really need to get it together. Went yesterday at 10:30am, most bagels and cream cheeses were already sold out. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese, that's it, and waited 40 minutes! That is completely unacceptable. This is usually my breakfast spot when coming to OC, but it sadly may need to change to a place that is prepared for a crowd and cares about its customers.
