“Close to the beach, they have these cool games consoles and tiny rooms with curious objects, like a movie cabin or some sort and a picture booth, the food is very good, I have not had onion rings in years and I always wanted to find a place that cooks them crispy and tasty, I found them in here, I had the breakfast burrito too and everything was fantastic. The ice cream ?? looked nice, I saw some children having some with sprinkles, outdoor seating and few minutes from the beach ⛱️ what else can you ask for!Vegetarian options: An all vegan/vegetarian restaurant, but you can't tell, so meat eaters probably eat here and won't tell the difference.Parking: There is parking right in front of the restaurant and more down the street by the beach if you prefer to walk.Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly, and children can play in the small room they prepared.”

“So glad to find a place that makes gluten free dairy free pizza that is so good. With certain dietary restrictions it can be so hard to eat out and maintain the way I like to eat. “Had a great second visit to Sea Grass! As mentioned in other reviews this restaurant is BYOB, so we started with our wine (which they nicely brought an ice bucket for) and the oyster special. My boyfriend really appreciated how the oysters weren't overly salty and the pear glaze added a good flavor. Since we had such a large appetizer, we decided to split the halibut for our entree. We were pleasantly surprised when our waitress brought out two plates, pre-split for us. The halibut had a nice herb crust and was served over lobster risotto (and they definitely did not skimp on the lobster!!). Overall, lovely dining experience!”

“Talk about a hole in the wall! Morning after a wedding what else do you want but a greasy breakfast sandwich in your belly, right? Walking around, we saw a sign "Wall Street Cafe 16 steps down the alley" and, what do you know? There was a little door with a tiny sign and only a few indications we found what we were looking for. This one room cafe, that you really don't even walk into, was quite the find. A woman was there when we opened the door, asked what we'd like and proceeded to whip up two delicious bacon egg and cheeses. 15 minutes and $15 later, we had our sandwiches. They were a little pricier than I would have guessed but it was honestly one of the best BEC I've had in awhile. Lots of cheese and a perfectly cooked egg to make the entire sandwich nice a gooey. Trying to find the cafe? Well, just look for the sign on the street. And then look for the door with a table outside filled with odds and ends for sale. Make sure you have cash and you are okay with taking these sandwiches to the beach or on a walk since there is just one table. Sometimes the tiny little spots turn out to be the best gems. Worth trying if you want a classic breakfast sandwich on the go.”

“The service was good, friendly and fast. My husband had the delicious Grove burger and I had the best quesadilla I’ve ever had! The fries were also amazing! Next time we visit Ocean Grove this place is a must. It’s been a week and I’m still thinking about that quesadilla ?”

“Providing everyone with this PSA: Try the blueberry baked overnight oats!Went looking for a light snack, came across this bakery and decided to give it a try. The shop has a warm mom and pop atmosphere, the two ladies there were very friendly. Saw the oats in a tray and decided to give them a try. Omg, so delicious!!!! From the moment you walk in to the moment you pay for the bill, the staff here take such amazing care of you as if you are one of their own. “Great food, a little pricey as dinner for 2 with a 20% tip came in just under $200 (and we brought our own wine). I had the lobster bisque and the crab cakes entree (more crab than the usual fillers you get). Wife went for the duck confit ravioli appetizer and the lollipop pork chops entree. Nice romantic atmosphere is an upgrade over the old basic Reddington's decor that was there a decade ago.”

“We placed a first-time online order. It was ready before the estimated time given. We ordered 3 large sandwiches and each could feed 2-3 people depending on the appetite.The bread had a great crustiness on the outside, while being light and fluffy inside. Tge cold cuts were thinly sliced and stacked high, just like we like them. The red potato salad was delicious!We all enjoyed our selections and will be sure to order again.”

“I had the Octopus and Calamari in a delicious broth. I enjoyed it very much. Two family members had the Scallops special and they said it was very good. The other family member had the pork chop special and he loved it. Try the muscles appetizer, it’s phenomenal!!! Our waitress was knowledgeable and very polite. The dining room is clean but a bit cramped. The place is a bit small and noisy but it was a nice meal. It’s a byob establishment, bring some wine or beer and have a good time.”

“We went to experience the famous burger. I was disappointed in the soggy bun. The onion gravy was delicious but made the bun fall apart and couldn't enjoy the cheese or the meat Maybe a harder roll would be better. The steak tartar was amazing seasoned and the parpadella small plate could eat as a meal. But the carrot cake OMG!! The BEST!! I would eat here again to get a very impressive salad and the carrot cake again!!”

I've been to hundreds of restaurants, and Spanos is the only one I have ever been to that consistently provides the best hospitality. “I've never had pizza that tasted like it did ever before. It was almost novel at first, the sweetness of the pie. But as I kept eating, the bites got better and better. Our large pie was finished in about 10 minutes, maybe less! And the shrimp cocktail was on point too. Was easy to get a seat at the Lima bean shaped bar. It was fun to sit like that. Overall, great experience. Next time I'm back in NJ I'll be seein y'all!”

“We came on a whim for some dessert. The kind hostess told us she had a seat for us and we got right in, so that was nice. Even though it was quite busy. Great environment, friendly bartenders who work hard to keep the place clean and comfortable, and great tasting fresh beer make this one of our go-to's. My wife has celiac but has choices with the terrific seltzers and one of her favs - Mermaid Punch. If you haven't yet, give this place a go - you won't be disappointed.”
