“The food is really good and the owner is very nice. I applied a coupon to my order which was not correct because of a computer calculation error but they provided the food anyway because I am a frequent customer. Excellent service and food, highly recommend.“

“I’ve been eating at this place for a while. It’s pretty good standard Chinese food oh and the sushi is always good. The reason I’m writing this review is because of their delivery driver. An older gentleman came to my door with a smile very friendly. After he handed me the bag he extended his hand for a hand shake and said happy new year. You don't see that type of kindness/friendliness every day. Give panda house a try good people work there“
“Everything is so good and tasty!!! I’ve been here three times, every time is a good experience. The fish is huge!!! Like the classic flavor a lot. Also can tell the fish is super fresh and tender. Will come again and order for delivery of course.“
“I've had my share of hotpot over the years, and I used to think that Happy Lamb (formerly Little Sheep) had the best soup stock, but I was surprised at this find. First, you come here for 2 things: the soup, and the chicken that goes with the soup. The soup is simply put the most fragrant chicken soup I've ever had and it's delicious. The chicken, mostly dark meat chopped into pieces, cooks well and the longer you leave it in the pot the better it is. Everything else is kind of irrelevant but feel free to get sides to throw into the soup for hotpot use. Finish off the meal with their house noodles and it's the perfect end to their meal. AYCE fruits and snacks at the sauce bar is good too but that's like going to Fogo and only eat from their salad bar. Highly recommend Miss Flower Hotpot if you're a hotpot fan and want to try something...completely different.“
“Nai Brother is definitely a hidden treasury. After several days authentic Chinese food hunting in Princeton, I visited Nai Brother Edison today. The pickled fish soup with snakehead fish fillet is absolutely the best!!! And the add-on veggies are super fresh and tasty.Highly recommend this place!!❤️“
“I've been excited to try this new hot pot place in town since there haven't been too many options. S&Y hotpot is the perfect place if you're looking for 1) not AYCE but still great portions that leave you with doggybags at the end 2) very reasonable prices 3) spice levels through the ROOF 4) authentic chinese dishes. They recommended getting 10 items in the hotpot between 2 people if you're starving, or 7-8 if you're not that hungry. Every 5 items in hotpot come with a bowl of rice so essentially ends up being free. They also said their spice levels are higher than the nearby restaurants; their medium level is EXTREMELY spicy. The mild level is probably what the average American can tolerate. We ordered medium level hot pot with beef, shirataki, enoki, fish tofu, cauliflower. It came out in one big bowl pre-cooked in their kitchen so no work to do for us! We also ordered chong qing chicken, which is basically this delicious fried chicken (bone in) and peanut dish that's spicy but a different flavor of spice than the hot pot. Highly recommend if you're a fan of take out kung pao chicken bc it's similar but MUCH better (and spicier). It came with 2 bowls of rice. The portions were generous and we left very satisfied. Service is great, and the restaurant interior is clean and no frill. DEFINITELY coming back when I need my spice fix in the form of hot pot. I also need to try the spicy and sour potato slices, cumin beef, and filet fish dishes!“
“Saw this gem on IG. Had to try as mom loves HK style wonton egg noodles. Gotta try the veggies with the oyster sauce and add more ingredients to my noodle soup!Mom had dace fish wonton egg noodles soup. (Not pictured) I had dumplings (pork and shrimps) flat rice noodle soup. BF had beef brisket flat rice noodle soup.“
“Expect a line. 24 highly coveted table seats in a small space. We ordered Shanghai spicy minced pork noodle soup, pork juicy soup dumplings, pork wontons in spicy peanut cream sauce, pork fried wonton, and golden lava buns. Our faves were the soup dumplings and Shanghai soup. The service was great. Everyone serving, waiting, or seated were patient and friendly. This is a small space with high demand.“
“Me and my husband always love to visit new places for lunch and based on the reviews, we decided to try Pink Lotus. So firstly- it has so many vegetarian options which is rare to find in Chinese/ Asian restaurants. We tried their tofu thai basil and Oh my God!! It was heavenly- the char on tofu and vegetables was just delicious!! We also tried Sechuan tofu and veg spring roll and they were also amazing. The customer service was definitely an icing on the cake, we were greeted very warmly by this lady and she was very friendly with us. Our overall experience was just great!! Definitely a must try if you're in the area and want to have Asian cuisine“
“We came across Empire Schezuan by googling one night, and never looked back. It is our go to! They are so friendly and accommodating (food allergy) on the phone every single time. The food is ALWAYS amazing; never oily or greasy. Everything tastes high quality every time we order. Delivery is always prompt, food is hot, driver is SO kind. I highly recommend this restaurant!!“
“Reminded me of boiling point in CA! Ordered the stinky tofu hot pot! It was good but wish it was more sticky and had more pieces of stinky tofu! My friend ordered the spicy beef one and it was good and not too spicy so we could drink the soup. The portion is big enough. Some of us couldn’t finish everything in the pot because they were full already. The restaurant is spacious and was able to accommodate us (party of 9) on the same table.“
“Great food, service, and atmosphere. I ordered the roast duck noodles (spicy), and it was delicious. Definitely recommended getting it spicy. Great flavor, and you literally will drink the broth. It was so good. Service was great, order at the counter and they will bring the food to you if you dine in. While I was there, quite a few people were in and out, getting to go and take out meals. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the music is perfect. I will definitely be back.“
“My server was very nice and attentive. I went somewhere else where they had the soup baos and was so disappointed. They had no broth, but I ordered from here, and they were exactly as they should be. Next time, I'll order a larger batch.“
“Chef Ge restaurant left a lasting impression with its authentic and boldly flavored dishes. The fried pork with pineapple was a delightful blend of natural sweetness, and the Master Ge Xiao Fry offered tender freshness with a balanced mouth-numbing sensation. The chicken with lotus roots & pepper was spicy, featuring tender, flavorful chicken and the added punch of pickled peppers—a must-try. While the Yummy braised pork belly lacked a distinct pork flavor, leaning more towards a deep-fried coating, it was still enjoyable. The restaurant's ambiance was flexible, in line with Chinese dining expectations. Overall, Chef Ge provided a satisfying culinary journey, showcasing a diverse menu with standout, memorable flavors.Parking: More parking space is at the right side of the building.“
“Came in on a Saturday at around 2 pm for a belated LNY family lunch for our table of 7. It was really busy at that time and there was still a line after we left at around 3:30. Here is everything we ordered:-Crab soup dumplings - these were really good. They came out piping hot and very soupy on the inside. It has more crab meat than most other soup dumpling spots-Pan-fried pork buns - I normally don’t love pan-fried pork buns but these were essentially almost like a fried version of the soup dumplings. I usually eat a bite of this and abandon it but here, I ate a whole thing-Scallion pancake - these were only okay. It was a little too thick and oily-Scallion oil noodles - these were kind of bland but some chili oil/hot sauce fixed that issue-Tong Ho with dried tofu and beans - I had never had this dish before. I liked the texture of the dried tofu. They were very thin malleable strips, almost like a noodle version of tofu. But I didn’t love the tong ho or beans. The beans kind of taste like edamame but mealier-Duck in brown sauce - the duck was dry-Wonton soup - wontons were good. I also appreciate they don’t just dump some wontons in MSG broth. The broth also had seaweed and egg in it-Sauteed string beans - a classic. You can’t go wrong with the sauteed (aka fried) string beans-Deep fried yellow fish with dried seaweed - this was another dish I had never tried before and it ended up being one of my favorites. The fish had a light and crispy coating, and the fish itself was cooked perfectly. It comes with this special salt you’re supposed to dip it in and that really took the dish over the top-Crispy garlic spare ribs - the flavor was good but could have used more salt. Perhaps I should have used the salt from the fish. Meat was a little dry-Sauteed pork rice cake - rice cakes were cooked perfectly but overall, the flavor was a bit bland. I should have used some of the hot sauce on this-Beef with tomato sauce rice - this was another favorite. This also comes with perfect tendrils of egg in the gravy. I would probably be happy just eating the eggy sauce with some riceOverall, it was a great meal. I wasn’t a huge fan of the meat only dishes/apps but I mostly enjoyed everything else. It’s a little further than I would normally care to venture but if I’m ever in the area, I would definitely dine here again.“
“I have visited Dunhuang Lanzhou numerous times throughout the years, and it has always left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. This restaurant offers an authentic taste of Lanzhou cuisine that is both flavorful and comforting. Also, if you have kids, they have a window opening to the noodle chef, which is fun for kids to watch. The extensive menu features delicious hand-pulled noodles and hearty beef soups. In addition to the delicious food, the service at Dunhuang Lanzhou was exceptional. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was enjoyable.“
“I have gotten takeout here for the last few years. The food is mainly cantonese style- not spicy. It's what I grew up eating. The quality is good and the staff is friendly. Just had a great lobster in black bean sauce. Their egg rolls, egg foo yong, spare ribs, egg drop and wonton soup are all very good. Shrimp in lobster sauce and lobster cantonese are fine.“
“Came for dinner before the dinner rush and was seated immediately and got the VIP package. Quality of the meats and broths were good overall, vegetables were very clean and fresh, and the staff were very attentive.USDA Angus BeefHand Sliced Beef Short PlateAmerican Wagyu BeefMarinated Garlic BeefKurobuta PorkCrab legs, mussels, shrimp and other seafood optionsOnly thing I would ask to change is to make the broths a little less salty. Otherwise, it’s a good place for the price of both the regular and VIP options“
“This was the best toilet experience I have ever had. Their bathroom was so beautiful and served as a place of meditation. The food was also exquisite, every dish out of this world. I will definitely be visiting again for the bathroom experience!“
“You know a Chinese restaurant is good when you tell four co-workers in Manhattan (one from Hong Kong, one from the PRC and two from Taiwan) that you are from Matawan and they say "Oh! That's where Shanghai Bun is located!" True story....“
“Their General Tso's chicken is amazing! I stop by there every Friday on my way home from NY and I love it! And sometimes I get delivery and they are always on time and the food is fresh and hot! I highly recommend this restaurant. And they have sushi too!“
“Very authentic and good Northern East Chinese BBQ. Definitely deserve a rating higher than 4.5/5. I would give it a 4.8.I have been there 2 times in 2 weeks.?yeah that is how good the food is.?Very happy with everything we ordered.lamb skewers, chicken skewers, squid, mushroom, fish tofu, Taiwanese sausages, glazed eggplants, braised pork with glass noodles, etc... were all very delicious.Compared to other Chinese restaurants around, food portions and quality is amazing! The restaurant is small... so make sure to make a reservation and be there on time. (or you will need to join the wait-list.)Servers are friendly but not very polite?. but I get it, they are short staffed but packed with costumers. So I'm not too bothered by the manners. My only suggestion, maybe have a host/hostess upfront at the entrance to let people know how to join the wait-list or if they can be seated right away. When it gets busy,it is kinda confusing and chaotic.“
“The Lamb Vindaloo wasn't on the menu, but they made it for me anyway. It was very flavorful and had a good spice level. The Chili cheese Naan was good. As well as the mango Lassi. It was thick with a lot of flavor. The service was very good. I would go there again if I was in town.“
“I ordered the spicy beef stew. I am amazed at the complexity of the spice where, yes, it's spicy but tantalizing where I want to keep coming back for more bites. This is my first time here, and all I can say is wow! They provided me with white rice, a hefty amount of scallions, pulled beef, broth, egg pieces, and various ingredients. There is also this solid cold food in a lil cup that tastes like kimchi and it was refreshing respite to the spice afterwards. Would recommend 10/10?“
“I recently visited Sultan Wok for a quick meal and was amazed. Their half chicken fried rice and boneless spare ribs were not only delicious but also served remarkably fast. The perfect balance of flavor in every bite and the swift service made my dining experience outstanding. Sultan Wok is definitely the go-to spot for anyone seeking great Chinese food without the hassle of waiting!“
“Love coming here for dim sum since there aren't many in the area. They have all the classic dim sum dishes, and the dining area is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit pricey, but the food is good especially if you're ordering their main dinner items. They're specialty is Cantonese style dishes, so I would probably stay away from their "take-out" type offerings.Parking: There's a larger parking lot behind the building. The spots in front of the building tend to be full most of the time.“
“Best Chinese food around! I called by phone and the woman that took my order was so friendly. I was surprised that they had general tso tofu and scallion pancakes (it wasn’t on the menu, but it was available to order).Everything was piping hot, fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly! Ming’s Garden, you have a new customer :)“
“I like the food here, but the prices keep going up and the portions going down. They never put napkins or forks or spoons or condiments in the bag so make sure you ask when you pick up or order food for delivery. I think they have the best general chicken in the area. So I’d recommend overall.“
“We always enjoyed how hot (temperature) the noodle soups are! Best on a cold night!! We also love their cold dishes. However, we noticed the resteraunt has reduced the food quantity for each dish at least by 1/3 compared to wheen thèy first opened. Sad.“
“Me and my boyfriend have been craving authentic Chinese bbq skewers for a while and stumbled upon this place online. The waitress was very nice, but spoke very little english - the Chinese menu translations were pretty rough so we weren't too sure exactly what we ordered, but just went with it and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed and will definitely be coming back again to try some other things on the menu! Lamb/beef skewers: 5/5These honestly hit the spot - were probably the most authentic skewers I've had in the states EVER. Each skewer had a generous amount of meat and was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. We could not stop raving about these throughout the meal! Dongjia spicy hotpot: 5/5Although we were expecting a hot pot of soup, this dish more than made up for that. It is a dry hotpot dish with meat, veggies, etc. all piled into one pot. This dish was a little on the saltier side, but the mala flavor was prominent and was a good, flavorful follow up to the skewers from before. Tasty pork appetizer: 3/5This dish ended up being deep fried coated pork served with a side of dried spices to dip the pork into. We kind of ordered this on a whim without knowing what to expect and was the dish we probably would've swapped out for something else. The quality of the dish was not bad, just wasn't as good compared to the first two dishes. They do give a lot of pork for an appetizer dish, so we were able to take some home. We noticed halfway throughout the meal that every single table ordered this one dish and after looking up other reviews found out it was something called guobaorou - will add this to try next time we come back :)“
“We have been going to Jinli for several years, even though it’s a 45 minutes drive from our house — we love the food and staff and have never been disappointed. The place has something for everyone and the flavors are authentic and delicious. Our favorites are Fish filet in Sichuan chili oil, cumin lamb and the kids love the sesame chicken! Strongly recommended for amazing Sichuan food for the whole family!“
“J&P has very good Chinese food, the best in the area. This restaurant was 5 stars when they had waitstaff, simply awesome, but no more now, not sure why. The staff is not very friendly and does not really seem to appreciate their customers. If you don’t mind that, pay them a visit.Parking: Plenty of parking spots available for dine-in or takeout.“
“I recently ordered from here and the food was amazing. Some notable dishes are their general tso chicken, boneless spare ribs, and their beef and broccoli was amazing too. I would definitely order food from them again, as this Staten Island spot is my favorite.“
“My second time ordering, I explained to Liloy That the first time I ordered my fried scallops were a little overcooked. She said no problem I’ll give you a free order.(Of fried scallops) The food is good. And I will continue to eat here not just because she replaced the order for free but because the food is good and Liloy Is very patient and nice!!! And once again, the food is good!!!“
“OMG. Got so sick of ho-hum Chinese food. Nothing worth the money. Got Xing Wok flyer in our mailbox so decided to give it a takeout try. Guy who answered and took our order was so nice and helpful.. Food was SO awesome. Ordered the combo Chicken Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables with Pork Fried Rice. Chock full of flavor AND ingredients. Have enough for tomorrow too. My husband had Wonton Egg Drop Soup and Pork LoMein and was very pleased. We will SO order from them again. Timely delivery and pleasant delivery guy. Can u tell we are now fans???“
“I ordered take out from ugly dumpling and enjoyed the food. Hot n sour. 5/5. One of the best hot n sour soups I've had. It was rich in flavor and plenty of ingredients. Orange chicken. 4.5/5 it was very good. Flavorful and I enjoyed the taste. I liked the fact that it wasn't too saucy. Beef n shishito peppers. 5/5. The best item. Beef was Tasty n flavorful. Served with a cup of rice. Diced beef noodle. 3.5/5 I was expecting this to be the best item. But there was some after taste to the soup, which I didn't enjoy. The place was very spacious from inside and there was plenty of seating. My food was ready in timely manner and service was quick.“
“Incredible find, came here on a weekend night. The food was bursting with flavor(beware the dishes that say they are spicy..they are indeed, for those that can’t handle the heat). Would recommend getting here early (around 5pm) to beat the crowd as this place gets packed later in the evening. Will definitely return to try out more items on their menu.“
“Lovely restaurant. My wife was working in the area and decided to pick up some take out for dinner; 2nd best decision she made in her life, next to marrying me ?. Everything tasted so fresh!!! They did not half a** anything. Their eggrolls are a must try, extremely fresh! We are originally from Brooklyn, NY, so we had our share of Chinese takeout… so if we are traveling 30 mins both ways for Chinese takeout, that should say a lot. This place does not miss ?? Hits the spot every time.“
“I have been ordering here since 2019. The food is always good and consistent. I love the spicy tuna poke bowl so much it’s one of my favorite things there. The service is great always polite and friendly. I highly recommend this place if I could it 10 stars I would.“
“I cannot say enough good things about this place. The service, food and pricing are all exceptional! I actually found out this place from a coworker of mine and figured I would give it a go because I was in search of a different Chinese food restaurant to start ordering from. I won't name places, but when I first moved to the area in 2010 I went to a different place for a few years but their food quality went WAY down (and way before Covid so that can't even be the excuse). Then I found another place who's food I liked but after Covid their prices skyrocketed. So I gave this place a chance and so glad I did. The pricing is beyond reasonable, the food is always delicious and the service is always fantastic. The lady that takes the orders and takes care of the customers is SO friendly and appreciative. The only downfall is they do not deliver and I don't believe they have anything set up with GrubHub etc. So if you're not close to them, then it could be a hike to go pick up the food. But if you do, it'll be worth it ;)HIGHLY recommend!“
“I normally don’t leave reviews but WOW this place has GREAT dinners so far I only had 2 different ones which were Orange Beef which was what I was going to order tonight until a read Luis “FlyGuyLou” Sierra’s review saying they had the best General Tso’s so I gave it a try and wow thank god I did. Easily the best decision of my night, it was lightly breaded to oerfection other chinese places over bread them and it ruins the quality and most times have barely any shrimp but not Cheng Garden. EVEN THE SAUCE is amazing, I could drink it. Alright enough rambling on for me on a review but seriously my new chinese spot I’ll drive the 20 mins I don’t care its worth it.“
“I've been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Perth Amboy. I've tried them all and finally found a good one. Back in the, I used Diamond then Lings but this is the new best Chinese restaurant in Amboy. And they have an excellent and friendly website to place your order.“
“Today dined at this restaurant for my daughter's birthday and I must say, the food tasted absolutely delicious. The quality of service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed and taken care of. What made the experience even more special was the personalized touch they added to make my daughter's birthday extra special. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion!“
“I honestly eat there dumplings almost every week!!! This restaurant has the best dumplings never had a bad experience. I get them delivered or pick it up, it is always hot and fresh.Kid-friendliness: I brought my daughter in and placed an order and the lady that took my order was very kind and gave her a lollipop ?.“
“Hands down one of my most favorite Chinese places in the area… moo shu pork & hot & sour are one of the best versions/dishes I ever had. Egg foo young yum too. I do shrimp. I lived in the area @ 35 years; and anytime, I am around, I go there. Plus the price point is great there too! Highly competitive prices (which means cheaper than other Chinese restaurants in the area) & way better quality & portions….Love the place honestly Well Done ??P.S.Just get chili ?️ oil soon. It will up the game.P.S.S. Don’t know if they still deliver, but when they did, wonderful drivers…“
“Thankfully Sultans Palace has been open for all these years.Everytime, that I have a urge for quality food made with love. I go to Sultans Palace where the food is fresh and even more delicious than the last time. I am a forever eater at Sultans Palace. General sho chicken, egg Rolls, chicken noodle soup, and their Sushi is to Die for...Thank you for satisfying my hunger everytime.“
“Recommend: stir fry, malaOk: numbing green peppercorn, watermelon juiceWould maybe pass on the scallops that are bay scallops.Overall good but I find it a little on the oily sideWatermelon juice was only ok and not very sweet but maybe just because watermelon is currently out of season“
“Amazing food!Japanese and Chinese! One of the best Chinese spots in the area!Customer service is a 10/10. Always patient, always personable. This is my spot!Side note: they have a system that remembers your name and I find it so coolWhenever they call me by my first name when I order!“
