Bingsoo is good not great. Honestly, I'm more impressed by the Gimbap here more than anything else. Coffee isn't bad either. Pro-tip is that they only have Gimbap available during the day and usually sell out by 2-3pm so be sure to grab it early!
Cute atmosphere. The service didn't stand out to me. I got the medium-sized melon bingsoo. It had melon on the outside and inside got mochi. It is really good. It seems like the melon is just syrup. I do want to try another flavor next time. You get a lot. I was initially unimpressed because it felt like it was more ice and syrup with some fruit, but finding the mochi in the center definitely made me much happier.

I always stop by when I'm in the mood for bingsoo (shaved ice). Last time, I ordered taiyakis (custard) to bring to the movies. They were still hot by the time I got to the theatres and I enjoyed for sure.
