U Chun is located in the HMart food court and we were looking for a quick lunch one Saturday afternoon at around 2. After a few loops around the food court, I picked U Chun because I was in the mood for some soup, and I saw they had seolleongtang, which is a beef bone broth. Oxbone soup (seolleongtang) is probably the one of the best in the area. Very convenient for quick meal. I have tried their kimchi jigae and it was also excellent. I will try other dishes, so far most of their dishes are very good!! Worth a try~

Food is flavorful but on the sweeter side for any dishes with spicy seasoning. I wish korean restaurants would stop adding so much sugar to all of their seasoning. The broth for their bone soup was very good.
