“Our service, Jerissa, was super sweet and courteous. She checked on us periodically and asked if we needed anything. When our food came out the loaded fries were plain but as soon as we pointed out she got it corrected. Unfortunately, my medium rare burger was well done, I didn’t complain but if I had I know she would’ve had them make a new one. Overall, the service and atmosphere is amazing, the kitchen was just have an off day because ever other time we’ve been here the food or have ordered on DoorDash the food has been delicious.“

“Came to Turning Point for breakfast and had a wonderful time. First of all.... CALL AHEAD! I didn't think you could and waited 35 minutes. However, it was well worth the wait. The restaurant has a large seating area, appealing decor, and cool framed slogans throughout. My Cold Brew Coffee, with the cold foam topping was very good. I really appreciated the separate small container, that allowed me to control the foam. The Salted Caramel MochaChino was large, sweet, and could not be finished. My Warm Winter Hash was one of the best I've had! The poached eggs, when unleashed, nicely covered every crevice of the skillet. When mixed, it was incredible. This dish placed it above First Watch, which used to be my number one eatery. The Three Lemon Blueberry Pancakes were large and could not be finished. Turning Point will be at the top of my breakfast to-go list and I also discovered, that they have Turning Points throughout the entire state. Don't hesitate to give them a try and enjoy.“
“Went to the dance party on 2.23.2024 with DJ Eddie Wild Worm. The restaurant was full with everyone dancing to Eddie's music. The drinks were large and strong, the food fresh and perfectly cooked, and the service team was attentive and quick.“
“1 night visit... But an enjoyable time in a busy, busy beer joint & bar food purveyor. It was Wednesday, which I understand is a weekly night for Grateful Dead tribute/cover bands. That night despite a slow start, the band got rolling with some well intentioned covers, including Tennessee Jed, which rang true. I did not sample the victuals but the menu featured bar food which, upon delivery of exemplars to my bellied-up-sittin'-@-the-bar neighbors looked good enough to eat. Look for the turkey?/chicken? on the roof. The OL is clearly a good ole joint.“
“Our first visit and Sticky's lives up to the hype. Our nephew steered us here. We feasted on the breaded chicken, twice cooked fries, and our selection of soft drinks. The secret are the dipping sauces. Don't go without. This location was helmed by a hard working crew that worked fast and paid attention to detail. Kudos to the leader/cashier who had a good handle on the flow of product coming out of the kitchen and guided us to the right order. Our only wish would be for more seating. This place is popular.“
“WHEN I SAY…..this brunch was ah-mazing!!!!! We came in right at the end of brunch and it was delicious!!! I had the Belgian waffles w/ pecans, side of bacon (perfectly crispy), eggs and coffee!!!!! THE EGGS!! I have never tasted eggs so fluffy and perfectly made!! The cook today was on point, and we made sure to send a message to the cook! Our server Cheyenne was sooooooo amazing! She was the epitome of a server! She was very busy, but very attentive and kept making sure we were good and that the food was good! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for good food and service!“
“We had time to kill before our flight back to Florida so might as well do some Christmas shopping with no sales tax here at the mall. The four of us decided to have a nice bite before we left and decided on the Rotunda on the top of the shopping plaza. Nice quick, happy, service by Jamie, who was all smiles and gave us great attention!!! I had the Neiman cheeseburger which was very good!!! Juicy, grilled perfectly of medium temp, tasty with a nice portion of fries, a chicken salad sandwich which was big enough to share, a chicken and sun dried tomato on a grilled panini, and a chicken salad with orange soufflé . All four lunch dishes were a perfect hit my first time at a Neiman Marcus Rotunda rest and will not be my last!!! Nice Christmas decor all over, nice clean roomy rest. And great service!!! “I ordered bone-in chicken wings, and my date ordered boneless wings. It was not until after we ordered our food did we come to find out that there was an all-you-can-eat boneless wings special. The bartender (a blonde-haired woman) stated, in substance, it was not their job to inform customers of any specials and that there were commercials advertising the special on T.V. I thought that was a poor answer and a cop-out. I put that right up there with a snotty hotel desk clerk telling me to set my alarm rather than him setting up a wake-up call for me. Every restaurant I have ever been to has informed customers of any food or drink specials. Why is Applebee's different? The food was excellent but the service was not 100% efficient. Customers need to be informed regarding any specials which are available, T.V. commercials or no T.V. commercials. This occurred between 8 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on Monday, January 29th, 2024.Kid-friendliness: A family-friendly restaurant.“
