This location never has mobile ordering turned on, making it difficult for mall employees to order food and pick it up. Many of us only have a 30 minute lunch break, and standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to order cuts into that break time in a big way. I bought a chipotle bowl and added guac as my topping and showed the cashier and store manager the free guac promotion code. They scanned my free guac promotion code and I paid for my bowl. After the purchase the staff gave me an additional regular side of guac as if I used the promotion code to get additional guac as a side. the women working here are very rude. the woman at the cash register scoffed and rolled her eyes at me when i misheard her once. the woman who made my bowl gave me the least amount of meat possible and became annoyed when i asked for extra cheese. food is good, but the service was terrible.
