It's not often that a chain restaurant impresses me. It's rarer still when a chain BURGER joint impresses me, but I have to give credit where credit is due and I though BurgerIM hit a home run. My son and I were hungry and we decided to give BurgerIM a try since we'd never been here before and we heard good things. Had to post an updated review to make it 5 stars because of my experience today! Teoman C. took care of my order and he was not only polite and friendly, but fast, efficient and even stepping out from behind the counter to clean tables and sweep the floor in between customers! He brought the tray of food to me and to the other customers who were eating in. Great experience and fantastic customer service from Teoman!!! As always, the food was outstanding!!! :) Thank you!!!
