Ordered 3 steak meal and they were delivered cold as if right out of the refrigerator and some sections appear uncooked. I tried to contact manager or anyone but no one would pick up phone at store (Parsippany, NJ).

Updated review : 2/8/2024We are Hindu strict vegetarian. Ordered veggie bowl and while eating found chicken/meat pieces. How horrible and insensitive. If u have diet restrictions or allergies- Eat at yr own risk cause chipotle don’t careUncooked rice in veggie bowl.Half fried n half raw chips. We had to throw the food.How are they allowed to keep this store open and selling half cooked food.Someone needs to seriously do the quality check.

I have never been so upset leaving a restaurant in my life.I am someone who has eaten at chipotle thousands of times. Literally. I eat at this location often...I walked in and ordered my normal bowl which is just rice beans and double chicken. I asked very nicely "can I have an extra half a scoop of rice please" an employee on the line yelled no I will have to charge you because she already gave you more than two scoops.
