I've worked pretty close to this spot for yrs and never knew it existed (rarely take Broadway), my crew and I are working a job right up the street and decided to check it out. I've tried pollo guisado, carne guisado and of course pernil (I'd eat it everyday of my life if I could) and ea dish was outta this world. Empanadas, chicharron and maduro are all excellent too! The food was delicious, and the portions were big and filling.The service is excellent. Nowadays I have to mention that a small restaurant like this still using real dishes to serve customers dining in is a plus. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Unfortunately, the restaurant is small and the dining area is somewhat lacking since you're pretty much facing the mirrored wall, window or counter.
