I can't stress this enough!Server: Maria- so nice and informative-Atmosphere: great! There was music played in the background, setting a lovely vibe- specifically on Valentine’s day.Food: lt was the most close to Peru I have ever felt. We were delighted with Pablito's attention and his exquisite recommendations. Very good service and we loved the braised chicken with those natural chips (not fried). 100% recommended.

I live in West New York and I come with my family to taste delicious grilled chicken, the best is their fries. My kids love the Chaufa joint. Their portions are abundant and the food is very fresh. Pablo, always kind and helpful, takes great care of us.The owners are charming. Highly recommended.
