Love this place.... Been going there for years. Too bad I live near In Nutley now. Im surprised one of these hasn't been opened in Passaic. The chicken is great. The rice awesome. Their brown aji sauce I can use a gallon of. And their maduros are by far the best ever. No one around has maduros like them. Those are the softest maduros ever. How they get them that soft? Damn. Hurry and open one in Passaic.

This place makes amazing chicken and ribs. It's about a 45 minute drive but my friends and I make a monthly trip. The fried rice is good. The fried yucca is amazing, the only difference is they cut them thinner now. Make sure you get the hot sauce if you visit, the chicken and ribs are good without it but it enhances the flavors making them better. The food quality is consistent and the service is good. The kitchen is clean, you get a full view. Staff is also very nice.
