I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff at the front/host were very unprofessional, cursed out someone over the phone, cleanliness was lacking. Despite being seated promptly, we waited for over half an hour before anyone even acknowledged our presence. We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday and unfortunately It turned out to a frustrating and unpleasant dining experience. Our server and cook were very nice, but I do not recommend this location.
Mediocre at best. Walked in at 8:15, was told it was a 30-45 minute wait for a hibachi table, so we chose the dining room.Our server who was also the bartender was PHENOMENAL, A+ service from her.Our food was just straight up not good. All 6 shrimp (3 per order), were not deveined at all. The cut of steak I got was all fat, literally not 1 edible piece of steak. Our hostess was a little rude when we first arrived however our party ultimately had a wonderful time.We dined at this location following our EID festivities. Our Chef Frank was very entertaining. We had a large party most were children. They really enjoyed watching him cook. He had a great personality as well. The food, delicious! I had the steak and shrimp hibachi. The steak was cooked to perfection,the shrimp was tasty & seasoned well.
