“Not a large selection of hot food in this location only hot dogs and pretzels. We got the choco dipped strawberry blizzard it was excellent. We were too afraid to turn it upside down but it is thick. The hot dogs were ok. The service was excellent and plenty of seatings both indoor and outdoor and tables and play things for the kids.“
“I would give 5 stars, but my two visits were completely different. I usually don't come to this store since it's out of my way, but my kids were hungry. My first visit was horrible. The last who served us was the worse. I think she was the manager, I'm not sure, I just remember she wore glasses, had red hair and an accent. The food was horrible, old stale and cold. When I told her about the food, she got a nasty attitude and tried not to give my kids any fresh fries, arguing with me that nothing was wrong with the food. Eventually she gave them fresh fries after I threatened to call corporate on her. And she basically threw the bag of food at my daughter.My second trip there was amazing. It was so good, that my daughter wanted to know the name of the girl who helped for this review. Shantay was simply the best. She took my daughters order with a pleasant smile and everything was perfect. The food was fresh and hot. While we were enjoying the food, Shantay even checked on us to make sure everything was okay. I don't know if she is a manager or not, but she needs to be. She is much better than the other girl. My daughter refuses to eat from there unless Shantay is working, so that's saying something.“
“This place is always so packed but the food comes out fast and the service is ok. When you have a person that don't know English or know how to interact with customers that's the problem there.Parking: The parking spots are filled with men drinking but when they see that you want to park they move.“
“Great food for a road trip. Healthy options s with the salads and grilled chicken. Ingredients are fresh. Fries aren’t oily and the nuggets are good in combo with ginger soda auger free. Service is good girls have a smile. Very recommended.“
“This place is great! Obviously, standard BQ menu, standard BK prices but what makes this place stand out is the team. The manager was friendly, the guy taking our order, Kaylor, was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job in making us feel welcome. So good in fact was the service then even let us dine in after the dining room was closed. The restaurant itself, a bit retro, was sparkling clean and in great shape. Soda fountain to boot. Will definitely come back.“
“I called in to do a large order for our company, it was short notice. I spoke to Tazmira and she was excellent. It was a very large order of $400 she made sure everything was right, fries were fresh and everything was organized. Will order again in the future because of her.“
“This place the food is always fresh because I think since it the only McDonald's in Plainfield this place stay packed I'm talking about it's a waiting line for about 15 to 20 minutes just to go to the counter. And then workers are always screaming because its so loud that they cant hear you give your order.So if you want to go to this one just get prepared for this show. Thank you.“
