I've been a lifelong customer of Jersey Mike's since the 60s. For the first time today, the meat slicer was so full of scraps it was not pleasant. I was the only customer (3:50pm) and there were three men working the counter. After finishing my order, the meat slicer walked next to the counter and just stoodthere, he did not make any attempt to clean the slicing machine.I would think your standards would reflect your product. Just stopped in Jersey Mike’s for a couple sandwiches . What an awesome staff ! Engaging , talking to the kids and making connections that you don’t see anymore in businesses . The sandwiches are always delish , the place is always clean! It’s nice to see employees making connections and convo not just going through the motions. It’s apparent it’s Great management and business model .
