The Food Shack is a cute little restaurant right on the boardwalk next to the beach. Friendly staff, outdoor and indoor tables (and a sit down counter). Great location if your nearby in one of the motels or renting a nearby beach house. Just what we needed. Don't let the name fool you, this is a fully functioning indoor/outdoor restaurant with a convenience walk up and a gift shop. Based on the name I was expecting to find a food truck in the parking lot of New Jersey Ave.A pleasant spot on the boardwalk for breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating. We came here on Labor Day, because of the great reviews and because it was right on the beach. There was about a 30 minute wait. It was quite hot outside, but everything still came out promptly, despite how busy they were. The service was great, our server, though initially disheveled, was quite nice. More like escalated home breakfast, we were quite happy with our meal!
