Probably the slowest drive thru experience in history. And it’s consistently slow too. Every time I come here (not that much) it’s atleast 15-25 minutes of waiting. This is supposed to be FAST food lmao
This fast food establishment has seen far better days. Because of covid they are only open for their drive thru. They are not so attentive to detail and taking orders. In fact it took repeating my order several times before they claimed to have it and ultimately the desserts, I ordered were left out. It is nice to have a day off from cooking, but next time I will prefer to do take out somewhere where they will get my order accurate and be more customer attentive.

I'm sorry if I spell her name wrong but, Ciris deserves acknowledgement for her amazing customer service. Very bright and cheerful. She informed us that our fries were going to take a little bit longer, so we pulled forward and waited. She came out with our food, was very apologetic about the wait, and she made sure our order was exactly right! And even gave us an extra cookie! Thankyou Ciris, both me and my girlfriend left very happy :)
