Breakfast is very, very good. We like the lunch options too the portions are generous and the food is made to order.The ingredients are always fresh, the staff is friendly and attentive.

I was unsure what adventures awaited me when I decided to travel to Princeton for a non Winter existent Farmers Market at the train station. My battery was at 10% and I was just wanting a coffee shop to charge my phone and grab a coffee. I am so happy I accidentally walked into Eat Greek Bites, cause oh my Pita! I ordered the Avocado Pita and it just melted into my mouth! Who knew that Pita could be this fluffy, delicious, and whole grain terrific! The coffee is delicious too...read full review

I got the Spanakopita and Greek fries. Both delicious! The spanakopita was flaky and fresh. Also great service and owner/ person by the register is super friendly. Highly recommend this place.
