SMDH, this IHOP is extremely detailed with time and cleanliness, and wait staff is always friendly, however the FOOD COMES OUT COLD !I sent our food back and they returned it microwaved—-The manager has reached out to me and expressed sincere concern and apologized for the inconvenience. So I will keep you updated on our next visit. ??
Excellent service and very delicious food. We were seated as soon as we got there. The restaurant is clean, spacious, airy, and relaxing. Our server came to us as soon as we were seated and our our brought in a timely manner. We got a full pot of coffee instead of a cup even though I was the only one who wanted coffee. I appreciated that because I didn't have to ask for refills. The food was fresh and delicious. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Yes, there is ample parking.
