I have known Austin, the owner, since he was one-week old. He has taken his father's know-how and his own experience to a new level of home cooked Italian fare into a busy corner of Ramsey. Pizzas are amazing, thin, Neapolitan, amazingly fresh ingredients. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. You can bring your own from next door for an even better dining experience. I highly recommend the mussels.
We had an event at Favales on 3/9/24.. It could not have been better!!! Austin and his staff were spectacular! The food and the service you ask?? TOP NOTCH!! Eager to please and food ...well...I can't wait to go back....Trust me.. this is a hidden gem in Ramsey NJ..Please try it..Tell Austin "Michael" sent you.....you will not be disappointed....understand....you might have a wait after this review hits!!! .. BYOB!! Enjoy the meal!!
