I love this place. It’s a welcoming, charming environment. The staff is friendly, polite and fast. They have a cool outdoor space you can enjoy on a sunny day and sometimes listen to the music of a local musician while enjoying your food and drink. I only partake in the coffee and it’s my favorite place in town, among several good options. Keep being awesome, CC!

Had this place on my list since ages! Departed from my recent fixation over flavored cappuccinos and tried the dark roast Sumatra blend and it was perfect. Will be back here to try some of the winter specials that sounded amazing. Coffee rating: 9.5/10

Cuttttteeeee cafe with a super kind team behind the counter. If I lived closer, I am sure this would be a very regular stop of mine. I popped in needing a coffee fix and a quick bite before an event and am so happy my Yelp app brought me here. What I got: The BEAST sandwich, oat milk latte and a scone. All were five stars. The sandwich was made to order, hearty and delicious. The bacon was crispy, the avocado was fresh, and that garlic aioli?! Oof, so good. The oat milk latte was also nice and hot and perfectly strong. Literally zero complaints. While the space is so cute and cozy and warm, there isn't too much seating. I did have my food at the two seater counter and didn't feel in the way, but there were no other tables. If you are looking for grab and go, this is perfect. If you are looking to either grab a bite with a friend, sit and hang a bit or even hunker down with coffee and a laptop, this is not the best option IMO. But I am reading tons of other reviews that mention their gorgeous outdoor area come warmer weather. Cannot wait to check that out!

My wife & my favorite coffee place. Two words: POUR OVER. We stop by every time we’re in the Red Bank area and so wish we had a place like Coffee Corral in our town. Oh, we also get bags of beans shipped to us all the time. They’re the best!
Five stars start with the staff! 3 people were on and all three engaged. The lovely girl/lady was so friendly and seemed to know everyone who walked in. The place had people milling out front, in the yard and inside waiting for coffee or chatting. The place smells like coffee heaven and the menu is trendy and healthy. The prices are reasonable and would win in a price war with Starbucks or Dunkin. Definitely add to your stop in Red Bank

Really tasty coffee and the best coffee you’re going to get in the neighborhood. My only complaint was that when having pourover and spending a certain amount on that cup (can be upwards of $10 for Kona) I would hope that the cup would be measured and coffee was given time to bloom.

I'm extremely picky and particular in who I leave a review for, but in today's age when I come across a business doing things exceptionally well I have to call them out on it! The low bar first: Their coffee and food is delicious! Not just thrown in a pot and poured to the customers, there is thought and deliberation as to how their coffee and food is made.I have stopped there for coffee at least twice a week for a few months now and it would be a waste of my money to go anywhere else when they are so head and shoulders above in terms of quality. When I ask for egg on my toasted croissant, it's "made" for me, not thrown together. There's even thought as to the packaging, asking me if I need a fork and knife, the way it's wrapped and put in the to go container that I don't get anywhe else.Service: Everyone there is friendly and positive and actually takes care to serve the customer. My coffee is actually stirred with the cream and sugar added. There is a smile on the employee's faces and it is clear they _care_ about what they are doing for you.Atmosphere: The vibe inside is awesome and although I've personally not taken advantage of their huge outdoor hang out area, I can't wait to be able to.The only ding I can give them that is totally unrelated to their actions is the parking, but the worst I've experienced is having to go a few cars past their location to find a spot on the street so I can run in and grab my coffee and/or food but that's more of a call out than a criticism.If you are anywhere near Red Bank or Shrewsbury and love coffee, they are worth the pit stop!

I was driving by about to make a left when this amazing old brick building caught my eye. I decided to drive straight and stop in for a cup of “go-go” juice.The staff was very friendly and the music playlist was on point.Ordered the C&C blend medium roast - blackService was fast. The aroma pleasant and the taste simply amazing. Smooth and not bitter. No need to go to the chain coffee stores when you can visit this gem.You must stop by.I will be back
