This was the worst meal I’ve had in a while. I really wanted to like this place unfortunately. I ordered penne vodka which looked like an Alfredo sauce. The waiter told me that it was a “blush” sauce, when in reality, the dish just tasted like heavy cream in underdone pasta. The rest of the food was also bland. I’m upset I wasted my money here.

We gave it 5 stars as we like down home, mom and pop locally owned Italian restaurants and it did not disappoint as the decor was just how we like it, Homey and Warm.Since our beloved Tuzzio’s in Long Branch closed due to Joe retiring we ventured to Red Bank to the New Corner Italian Restaurant and after passing this establishment for 22 years we stopped in carrying our own Wine….yes it’s BYOB.I ordered the chicken parm with a side salad and spaghetti and my wife ordered Zuppa de Pesci, it was all very flavorful and authentic, we will be back.One last thing Stephanie the waitress was awesome.
