I bought 12 drinks and had my name called I went to the counter were my coffee was and apparently it was thw mobile side . So I asked why my coffee wa not super hit, girl with red hair started going back and forth as to why I would touch the mobile coffee. I told her that those are the sides where the mobile coffee are. She didn’t got loud and told me that I should’ve read the sign, and I told her I ordered so many coffees that I wasn’t reading the sign. She didn’t start to go back-and-forth and started raising her voice and going back-and-forth as to why I would touch it while wouldn’t just went on for several seconds, where she got super loud and told me if I didn’t like it, but I can go because there are several other coffee shops in the area. Everybody else in here was super professional, but this girl had everybody in the entire store, looking at the back-and-forth conversation and her raising her voice. I’ve been going here for such a long time and her attitude was absolutely disgusting. She should’ve been reprimanded. Don’t know who she is, but she should’ve been not raising her voice after spending the amount of money that was spent in the Starbucks. .

Filthy…they ask for a tip when paying! Five staff members behind the counter and there is garbage all over the floor. The tables are dirty and sticky. So is the counter. Unreal!

My girlfriend absolutely demolished the toilet bowl here after dinner. The bathroom was clean and really nice. Staff was friendly and the drinks were delicious after making space.

Walked into store at 6:55 employees said they were closed and would not serve me. Then I proceeded to watch two ladies walk in after me and got served. Very unfair and poor customer service!!!!

Coffee took almost an hour to be made and was served in a punctured cup which spilled all over my pancakes upon delivery. If you send a mobile order to that store, expect your order to be delayed and messed with. Absolutely appalling. Uber drivers, beware of this store, workers are especially rude and will straight up ignore you.

When I went I had the worst experience with the male at the front. He was wearing a beanie and I when I walked up he did not say hello or anything just shook his head at me. I continued to order my coffee and he like heard something wrong throughout my order and gave me complete attitude and rolled his eyes. This really devastated me because I always go to this place and I tip very well but this male made me not want to go back.

I hate to leave a review like this, but the honest truth is that this place is consistently unable to keep up with their morning business. You can wait up to 40 minutes for a regular or mobile order doesn’t matter which. I go every week and every week my order is either lost, forgotten or not worked on until I follow up. The guys work hard but at the end of the day this is a ludicrous way to run a business and a poor poor example of customer service. The team needs more assistance and better management / leadership better organization

I was having a terrible day, and i came in to Starbucks to get my favorite drink to cheer me up: the pink drink. The barista Anya made it so delicious and fast, I'm truly impressed by her skills. Employee of the month material, if you ask me. Thanks Anya for making my day splendid!!!

Wow! What an establishment! This place is great. Anya was my barista and she made such fantastic drinks. I took my father here for his birthday and she really hit the nail on the head with our order!Wheelchair accessibility: My father is in a wheelchair since his knee surgery and this place had great access!
