The food is always good quality and constant . Service is excellent, all staff is extremely pleasant. Burgers are great, Sushi looks excellent. (not a seafood eater). Wish there was a change in the chicken option which has been the same for quite some time. A good go to place!

We had a table of 9 tonight and the service and food were both spot on. Our server Javier was excellent and received plenty of help from the crew. From the crackling calamari appetizer to my perfectly prepared Bistro burger the food was terrific. The table had multiple poke bowls and sushi & all were on point. Great night all around. Tod Moran

Three words: crunchy rice cakes. My God, they are absolutely phenomenal. I've had this dish so many times from other locations, but The Bistro's version blows every last one out of the water. The crispiness of the rice, the freshness of the tuna, the smooth and creamy mouthfeel of the guacamole, the ever so slight popping sensation of the tobiko, and the refreshing and perfectly balanced sweet and spicy lava sauce all combine to make one of the most sublime bites of food I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. The absolute star of the show isn't the tuna; it's the lava sauce. It has a beautiful, somewhat citrus flavor with the perfect sweetness level, finished with a little kick that has just the right amount spice. It ties all of the ingredients together and elevates the dish from good to unforgettable. I would buy this sauce by the gallon. Every dish I've had here has been excellent, but I literally dream about the crunchy rice cakes.The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. My to-go order was packed and ready within minutes of ordering. The atmosphere is great, perfect for a date night or an intimate dinner with a small group. Parking can be a little difficult to find on a Friday or Saturday evening but they have two convenient entrances: the front door on Broad Street and the back door in the English Plaza lot. It's a very short walk from the White Street, Mechanic Street, or Wallace/Linden Street lots.

Delicious food!!! 10/10 I went with my husband and son and the food was so good! We were very impressed. My son got pasta with marinara sauce so much flavor, then we got the potato and shrimp dumplings I didn’t think it was going to be as good as it was and the sushi rolls was so fresh and delicious too. I can’t stop raving about this place I can’t wait to go back! Oh and you need to try the bread pudding !!! ?

Loved every part. No wait time, greeted at the door, allowed me to sit near an outlet to charge my phone, food was literally Fantastic and didn't take long to come out. Service was amazing and everyone was nice. Definitely worth going.
My girlfriends and I were so excited to go to dinner and both of them have never been to The Bistro before and I raved about the food! So we had reservations for 7:15 and by 8:15 we had only put in appetizer's and our waiter who was not that nice to us from beginning said that kitchen is closing at 8:30 and if we want more food basically to hurry up. There were other tables/parties there eating as well but it was very clear that they wanted all of us out. Food was excellent and spending time with my friends was awesome... Just disappointed since I spoke so highly of this restaurant. Guess going on a super crowded and busy night gets you better service?

Lovely atmosphere, very loud on a busy Saturday night. Large plates were delicious- we had short rib and the pork chop. Service a bit choppy, he was busy and we had to flag him down. Would definitely return !
