What's not to love?? I came in to order some take out sushi and left about 10 minutes later with a great little meal. Salmon avocado & seeweed salad were both *chef's kiss* delicious, big portions, not too much rice, fresh... all the things you'd want to hear from a restaurant. I didn't try too much on this trip, but can safely say I'll want to come back. I of course took a peak around and it looked like a cozy spot for dinner as well. Service I wasn't supposed to pick up food at Toki. When I arrived at what I thought I had ordered from, they said my order was not on their system. On top of that I got a flat tire. I called them telling them I was going to be late but the lady said they close at 3PM and reopen for dinner. I told them from the time I put on the spare, I won't be able to make it there before they close. The lady,possibly the owner, was nice enough to wait for me. Dinner here tonight. Toki is located in downtown red bank. Great location. Staff were nice and accommodating. Interesting roll selection and quite extensive menu. Food - very good. Rolls were fresh and very tasty. Wonderful presentation as well. Miso soup was very tasty. Would recommend and will be coming back.
