Had set up a delivery as I am caring for my Grandmother who has dementia and can be easily distressed.Left instructions on the order to ask the delivery person to leave the package on the back porch and not to knock as this can cause the dog to get a bit loud which upsets grandmother.Panera did a wonderful job at providing delicious food. Easy experience with kiosk ordering. Didn’t really talk to a human until we picked up order (no big deal on that part). It was early in the morning and place was very clean and felt bright inside.There didn’t appear to be a drive thru but it had a huge parking lot as a part of the mall across the street
