It's Sat, almost 430pm, and serves are on break, including the bartender. How can you run a business, especially on a weekend, letting even the bartenders go on break with no relief?
Waited 15 minutes to seated when told 5 minutes. Was told the wait was because the kitchen was backed up. Many empty tables (looked about half at least) and the kitchen is backed up? Took several more minutes for the waiter(possibly manager) to arrive and take our order our food took another 15 minutes.I feel sorry for the staff but a lot of staff is just standing doing nothing but talking to each other.Manager should go back in kitchen and help. Not sure if I would go back.

Very dirty, gross and beat up looking inside. They forgot one of our entrees and it took 10 minutes to get the entree after all others. All the burgers were gross, no one in our party liked anything that they ordered. Fries were tasteless. This place was good before the pandemic now DEI ruined them it seems. We wont be going back any time soon. I recomend Ale House, Five Guys, Cheesecake Factory and even the Olive Garden as alternatives that are near by.
