Where do I begin? First, I chose contactless delivery and the order stated it was delivered shortly after I ordered it. However, the food was not delivered to the table by the door. When I checked my Ring camera, I saw that the delivery driver, Zakaria, delivered it to my neighbor's house. Upon going next door, we saw that the food was not outside (presumably the neighbors took food that was not theirs.) It will literally take 25 minutes to get my pizza each time…after it leaves the store….and I live a few blocks away. First they go to, Lyndhurst to deliver several pizzas, then deliver mine last. Every time. And I literally live a few blocks away,

I am very disappointed of the Customer Service, just called at 9:20am on 02/22/2024 to let them know my pizza is for 11:30am and the guy pickup the phone saying “Ms. We are closed and hung up the phone” that was very very rude.
