Been coming to Sabor Peru. Fantastic service, atmosphere, and of course amazing food. Literally can not go wrong with anything on the menu for the main, but you have to go with the empanadas as an appetizer!
So, I'm a Flight Attendant and this restaurant meal preps for me to bring when I go away on my trips. The food at the restaurant is so good, and the staff is so wonderful. I picked up my food the other day and the chef comes out to give it to me and he says, "I made this with love!" EEE!!!! Isn't that the cutest!!?? Really cool, hip spot in Caldwell for good Peruvian food. Our server knew exactly what to recommend as well when we asked about the specials, entrees, and appetizers. We had ceviche as a appetizer as well as some Maduros and they were quite tasty. I really enjoyed my main entree which was a Mofongo saltado which adds a nice Dominican fusion/flair to it.
