We had a wonderful experience at Drifthouse in Sea Bright. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and shown to a table by the window. Our waiter, Kyle, was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with a drink and the popovers with sweet butter. Pricey but will definitely be back! Exceptional service, our waitress Courtney was amazing, friendly, professional, and great interpersonal skills. Tuna Tartar was fresh and delicious! Halibut was perfectly cooked. Drinks were well made. Very pricey, party of 3 and the bill was over $275.
This was truly an amazing dining experience. We were driving through sea bright and had never been to this part of the fabulous Jersey Shore. This food and service will definitely bring us back. We went for lobster night and it was outstanding.
