“I love the vibrant colors inside the restaurant and has great seatings and there food was absolutely delicious and it is authentic Indian dish you can ever want and I recommend to also try there beverage called Lassi I never had anything like that drink before and it's delicious and it also good to cool your mouth if you got yourself a spicy dish from them. They also have vegetarian choice which is also good if you don't like to eat meat.”

“Wonderful is an understatement. I had my husband‘s 70th birthday celebration here yesterday we had over 50 people there was more than enough room. The atmosphere was perfect for our party .today alone I’ve received five phone calls from guest at the party to complement me on my choice of restaurant, they loved the food they love the atmosphere. They love that it was easy assessable since a lot of people were coming from Philadelphia .more than not yesterday everybody expressed how they will be back. I thank you Vinnie and crew. These guys did a wonderful job. Everyone everyone was pleased, but most of all my husband , he had the veal Parm , his favorite dish !our guest also had had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, shrimp scampi and also chicken marsala. “I haven't been to Tim Hortons in Canada yet, so I don't know how close this comes to the real thing! But from what I did get and tried that day, I have to say I LOVED IT! The donuts and timbits were not overwhelmingly sweet, like from a US- American place, the food tasted fresh, and I really enjoyed their coffee, too!However, I went it twice, and the 2nd time, the middle-aged gentleman wasn't very patient and seemed annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted right away or got an item wrong. But aside from that, I'm still giving this location a 4 star raring based on that one time I went there, and I hope the gentleman just had a bad day, even though he shouldn't project or show his frustration towards customers, but instead of could've helped me and explain what the different was. Was it super busy? No. Were there people behind me? Yes. But still!”

“Over the years this Del Buono’sLocation has expanded to include Carmen’s Deli which in addition to deli meats and sandwiches, also sells event Hoagie trays. The bakery section not only carries a wide variety of bread roll types but also a great array of cookies and pastries. We stopped in for bread rolls and $65 later came away with a whole lot more. “We’ve been going to Tejas for many years and they’ve always been consistent with their service and the quality of their food.This time I want to show my appreciation for accommodating and allowing us to have our small private event in their newly renovated space! We had a WONDERFUL server, Anne who literally went above and beyond what our group needed. Everything was smooth from speaking to the owner, Jarrelle (I’m sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) about possibly doing it in their location to setting up and getting help from 2 of their workers (sorry I didn’t get their names) to being helped by Anne during the party and until the very end.The surprise birthday party was a big success! “Having grown up with Texas breakfast tacos I was excited to see a spot in Philly to create what I was missing from home. Bfast taco was good, flavor was def there. A bit on the pricier end for a breakfast taco, even with a homemade tortilla. Was hoping all salsas were given out as well, tried the guaijlo , had good flavor. Not sure if I’ll be a reg just because they’re pricey. But I do appreciate what they are bringing to Philly.”

“Very small intimate space with the open kitchen directly on the floor. Had an incredible experience here! The staff was super friendly and bantered with us all night. The stand out to me was the scallop toast, it practically melts in your mouth. Though everything we had was excellent flavor and presentation wise. I will absolutely be back!”

“My wife and I came here before a musical at the Kimmel center. She decided on it based off of good reviews found on Google and Yelp. We were not disappointed! Parking was a little tough but it didn’t take long to find a close spot. The neighborhood looked decent, unlike most other areas of the city where I feel like my car will be broken into for spare change.The lattes were delicious. They came to us hot, which can be hard to find surprisingly. I ordered the Shawarma, which came with steak, rice, pita, sweet potato fries, and scrambled eggs. She ordered the Entrecôte omelet. The potatoes were amazing. We also split an order of the Baklawa pancakes. Everything was delicious. The avocado tartar spread on my plate went so well with the rice and eggs. We would definitely like to come back here!”

“Absolutely loved the Sundae. Potato chips and kettle corn must be in all of my sundaes going forward. The latkes were phenomenal - must order. The harissa broccoli was delish. The burrata and focaccia was a delightful favourite.The Caesar salad was overdressed and the croutons were too hard for my preference. The pepperoni pasta was exactly that - not the worst but it was something I'd make drunk in my kitchen at 3 am. Fries were meh.A solid 4 on the food front. Go just for the decor alone, feeling like I was in an 80s golf clubhouse. The pool table is cute and fun too.”

It didn't seem like a place that aims to put pizza on a pedestal rather a well put together representation of desired traits specific to the Philadelphia dining scene. The pizza leaned towards a bar pie, that was executed by someone who has a devout understanding of the dough and the other ingredients involved. The soft serve was well spun and tasty. Overall the hype is real and was a real joy to visit!”

“This is the second year in a row that my DAR group held our Women's History themed tea at Elwood. Stellar service, I tried things I never normally would like the scrapple (not a fan of it generally), it was a little piece of heaven! All the food is small bites for tea service. The chicken salad on a mini croissant ?. The biscuits, clotted cream, strawberry jam made by the owner's mother! Absolutely scrumptious!!!”

The restaurant was lively, friendly and the service was great they were attentive. I've never had Lebanese food but the server explained the tasting menu. Everything was fresh and good, if you like Mediterranean food I'm certain this place is for you. It was a good gastronomic experience. If you are in Collingwood it's a must try.”

“I have only good things to say about this place. I thought at first it was a little odd to have steak tartar served with fries but the pairing was actually really good! Everything was amazing. I have never had such a complex gnocci dish and it's probably the best I've ever had. The scallops were perfect. Mussels, snails... all of it.
