OMG! So good! I had the red velvet pancake. Yummy! Cool staff. Cool location. Summit feels connected, plugged in, but laid back at the same time. TIP: There is free parking in the back. Enjoy!
I love eating at The Committed Pig when I come out towards Summit. The food is delicious and well cooked, and the waitresses are attentive, and kind. Kelee, especially, is an amazing server. If you are out this way, this place is a must-try!

The food was amazing & came out fast. Our server took our order, dropped our food and that was it. There were maybe three other couples in there eating. He never asked how we were or if we needed anything, a bus boy was the one to provide a to go box, we were never brought a check. When we went to pay he was at the hostess counter chatting, did not even acknowledge us. Hopefully the other locations are better. All props to the chef for our delish meal!
