“We visited during the off season when things settle down.- One of few ice cream spots open long hours- Dairy, non-dairy and egg-free options - Good ice cream and sorbet, cakes are so cool! - Service was reasonable and accommodating to everyone's questions and requests - Not much seating but everyone seems to rest up wherever they feel comfortable outside Support local and patron this cute ice cream shop on this beautiful island!”

“Had a large Xtra cheese pizza. I'll give another half star for 41/2 stars. We ate in and I think they wanted to satisfy us too quickly. Pizza was very good, another minute in the oven and 5 stars for food. Service, good and friendly and atmosphere is typical. Give it a try!”

“Excellent place to eat. I've been here 8 or more times over the years on a date night and with three grown boys. Never did anyone order something they did not like. Always good service, fun and creative food for the family. Prices are very fair. My wife loves the fish/shrimp taco and I always get the pulled pork on a pretzel roll. Their catchup is great, not you standard out of the bottle kind. They leave wipes and a roll of paper towels on your table, so you can get messy and not worry. A great casual place to go out and not break the back.”

“Stopped into the deli yesterday to pic up some drinks, left with eggplant stacks, lasagna, chicken cordon bleu bites and meatballs for dinner! The store is very well stocked with all kinds of imported dry goods like imported specialty balsamic vinegars, olive oils, and store prepared foods! The “olive case” looked amazing and the deli meats and sandwiches looked even better! The cookie counter has tons of Italian cookies and pastries! They even have these nice cheese boards with their logo on them (shout out to the girl behind the counter who Hooke us up!!!! Very nice gift for someone… or even just for yourself! The staff is very friendly and super helpful! If your in LBI stop in and check them out! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Excellent experience, the lovely hostess, Fatima (sorry if I misspelled your name, sweetheart) was absolutely amazing. She gave my wife fantastic recommendations for local attractions. She made sure our allergy and dietary requirements were known to our server and that it was my wife's birthday. She also made a point to stop by our table and make sure everything was going well after seating a nearby table while we were waiting on our food to arrive. What a beautiful smile, she has. I will forever carry cash in the future for the off chance that I encounter another Fatima, employees like her deserve tips as much as the servers. I hope you guys are taking good care of her!! Total gem. I wish she lived nearby our family restaurant. I'd try to poach her in a heartbeat. We will defintely be back on our next visit to Surf City!!”

“Lovely place to spend Easter brunch greeted warmly by all staff the place was decorated with pansies and roses and candles. Brunch for the two of us, we selected the artichoke soup with poached lobster, the asparagus galette, the lamb shepherds pie, the buckwheat crêpe with ham and egg and for dessert we topped it off with chocolate trifle and toffee carrot cake. The food was phenomenal. The service was excellent. A perfect brunch if there ever was one.”

“Amazing food right on the bay. We bring our boat and park in the public docks. if they are not available polly’s will let you park for a small fee. Polly’s is also good but a different vibe. nowhere near as nice.”

“Everything about this place is amazing! Delicious, fresh, healthy food, chill atmosphere, awesome staff. I've been coming here for years since being vegan and have brought many of my non-vegan friends and family members and they love it too! The owners and staff are very sweet and personable, the food and service never disappoint! My boyfriend has celiac disease so he's extremely sensitive to gluten and very cautious to trust places without a dedicated GF kitchen, but he's never had any issue eating here and the staff always takes care of us! Extremely grateful to have this place! Cannot say enough positive words.”

“Last year I stopped for ice cream and was so disappointed with my order. We had been going to Jeffreeze for over 22 years. I wrote a negative review that day and heard back from the owner Dennis offering a gift card to be left for me to allow them to correct my order. I have been back several times last year and today marked my 2nd trip for 2024. I have never picked up that gift card I feel it was just a bad day for the person at the counter back last year. Today the ice cream was outstanding as usual, the service perfect.”

“Wide selection of burgers. Of course, I get the chicken sandwich. Doesn't come with fries, they have to be ordered separately, but there is a selection to choose from like boardwalk to old bay crab fries. You order at the counter and have a seat with the number you're given. Even before I sat down, they came out with my food. Everything was tasty. Half of our party went home with milkshakes. They recommend the chocolate covered strawberry shake. Staff was great, very friendly! There is a small parking lot available on site.”
