Definitely need to try Sal's Good Eats for a quick breakfast or lunch and even grab it to go! They have everything on on the breakfast menu to lunch , salad and late lunch specials not to mention desserts looked delicious In Jersey make sure you stop by

I was pleasantly surprised at Sal's Good Eats. It really is good eats. The inside is very clean, and the staff is warm and helpful. The French toast was out of this world. I live in West New York where there are many excellent Cuban sandwiches, Sals Cuban is just as good, only that it's a thicker version with more meat, which isn't a bad thing. Too bad they aren't open on weekends. This place is a hidden gem
