So Covid has me cooking for the ONLY holiday I've never had to cook for, Christmas Eve. Before now, if we wanted a good seafood meal, we went out to a place that does it well. I've made every other fish and seafood except for clams and mussels. I called A-1 Seafood Center, and the woman that I spoke to couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Cute shack with lots of decorations. Big CRAB and CLAM letters in the front windows. Good selection and friendly, helpful service. Cash only, FYI, but they have an ATM on the premises.
