I bought some pretzels for my Mum and Daughter, they couldn't eat the Pretzels so I tried it... but they were so bitter and rubbery for some reasons.... i noticed it was burnt but I always managed to eat them ... however this one was not edible... so I took them back... but the guy told me he couldn't do anything about itAnd was so rude and arrogant about it... Virtually impossible to get a jalpeno pretzle. Never available, unless you wish to wait an hour and a half.Not been able to get one in over a year when i come to the mall.Not even going to bother even trying anymore.Peace out Annie.

Asked for a CHEESE PIZZA was given pepperoni instead. I also asked for a large lemonade and was charged $4.49 even though sign says $4.19, sadly it was mostly ice and I also pointed it out and cashier was like oh yea we know that and wouldn't fix it. Receipt clearly says cheese pizza
