Disappointed by new changes.Around a month ago, staff suddenly changed wholesale. Well folks, that "rude woman" you were all complaining about knew how to make a bagel sandwich. I've ordered twice online since this new staff took over(new ownership?), and it's been a real let down. I waited a few weeks between orders and it's really no better. My brother-in-law and Igot up a little early and went down to get breakfast sandwiches for everyone after a late night birthday party for my sister and luckily when we arrived, there was only one gentleman in front of us. oh my I love this place.the breakfast sandwiches are perfect and the bagels are the best an d they have many different types of cream cheese ever heard of walnut rasin or olive pamento ,ham egg n cheese on a pumpernickel bagel or my favorite peanutbutter n jelly on a grilled French toast bagel yum
